Pathos Shafts are made with the best stainless steel on the market - Sandvik stainless steel. They are heat treated to increase hardness and to avoid bending and are manufactured using a computer numeric control machine (CNC) to offer accuracy in manufacturing across all products.

The Minifin shaft tabs have been given a smooth finish as well as being heat treated making them strong with low abrasion so as to not cause wear to the wishbone. These shark fin tabs are also capable of holding more than one powerband when using Dyneema wishbone. The third tab closest to the tip of the shaft is able to be used as a rest tab for ease of loading.
